Accounting and Finance Staffing Sales and Executive Recruiters - Phoenix
Our client is a growing national search and staffing firm that is adding talent to its Phoenix accounting and finance division. They seek experienced staffing sales and perm recruiters with 1+ years of experience. The position is in the office 4 days a week, but you can earn up to 4 remote days weekly (based on performance). They offer a base + uncapped commissions, as well as terrific benefits and perks. Details below.
Responsibilities
- Source potential sales leads and clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct contact.
- Develop and maintain essential relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring consultants to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters to meet client needs by sourcing the top talent in the market.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Applicants should have at least one year of sales experience in the staffing or professional services industry.
- Experience in developing new business and making high-volume cold calls.
- The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives, and work well in a team environment is essential.
- High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong time-management skills with a problem-solving, positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
