This position is located in the Greater Seattle Area and is a hybrid work environment.
Position Overview:
Policy Service Representatives accurately process and enter routine policy information for new business, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies. Assist agents and underwriters with a variety of support work, in a high-volume work environment, while maintaining a professional manner with a customer service focus.
Some of the responsibilities will be:
Attention to Detail & Accuracy:
- Handle rating and data processing for new business, renewals, policy changes, quotes, cancellations, and reinstatements within authority limits.
- Review and verify submitted materials for completeness and accuracy; follow up with agents and underwriters as needed.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Interpret issuance and rating instructions from underwriters.
- Prioritize individual and group workflows to meet department deadlines and compliance standards.
- Respond to inquiries from agents and underwriters, collaborating with internal departments to resolve rating issues. Provide technical and service support to agents and underwriters.
