Paving Superintendent
Job Summary: The Paving Superintendent oversees and manages all aspects of paving projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with project managers, supervising paving crews, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise paving operations.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Manage and train paving crew members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the civil construction and paving industry.
