Job Description:
As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing case files, communicating with clients, and assisting in the preparation of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule client appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress.
- Process and maintain client billing information.
- Organize and file case documents electronically and physically.
- Manage case files, including document editing and organization.
- Facilitate communication with clients, witnesses, and vendors.
- Assist in preparing legal documents and case arguments for attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-10 years of legal administration experience in litigation, patent, or corporate law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Previous corporate litigation and/or patent law experience required.
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
