BGSF has teamed up with a large manufacturing organization based out of Itasca who is in search of a Customer Support Specialist. They are currently looking for someone on a direct-hire basis and will operate fully onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with customers regarding questions, issues and inquiries
- Assist customers with new orders for parts and supply
- Expedite and track delivery schedules
- Process purchase orders in a timely manner
- Provide general oversight for account management
- Support the distributor sales team
- Provide support via phone and email
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of account management
- Experience in automotive and/or engine industry is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
