In this role, you’ll take on a number of tasks related to office support and daily operations oversight. Your attention to detail and can-do attitude will ensure you thrive!
**This role is Hybrid in Downtown San Francisco paying in the 95k – 110k base range + Bonus**
Specific daily tasks:
- Overseeing the front desk – answering phones, greeting guests, keeping common areas neat, and maintaining supplies inventory
- Handling security needs – authorizing parking, presiding over security guest list, distributing employee keycards, etc.
- Preparing for meetings – arranging rooms, ordering catering, creating agendas
- Event planning – coordinating logistics for holiday parties, company outings, and client events
- Coordinating with vendors – addressing IT needs, preparing new hire workstations, working with maintenance and facilities staff, approving invoices and budgets
- Providing administrative support to an executive including booking travel, managing calendar and processing expenses.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years applicable experience in office support/management/operations within a fast-paced office setting
- Is Educated – has a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Is a great communicator – knows how to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels
- Has a positive attitude – is willing to go above and beyond helping out with all projects
- Is detail-driven – works with impeccable accuracy and precision
- Is focused, motivated, and organized – knows how to take charge of a task and see it through from start to finish
