About the Position
ACF is seeking an Assistant Director of Music who is outgoing, passionate, and experienced in the field of Music. This role will support the Director of Music in assisting with the administration, coordination, and development of the overall music program of ACF. The Assistant Director will manage teams, coordinate tasks, keep production on schedule, and assist in overseeing the program.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Director of Music
- Organize and participate in all program events
- Manage and lead the team to achieve shared goals
- Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of other staff and musicians
- Plan and develop new music programs
- Manage communications, projects, and deadlines
- Work closely with the Director on production management
- Clear understanding of pre-production planning to post-production workflows
- Stage management
- Promote a healthy and positive work environment
- Other duties as assigned by the Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in music or a related field
- 3-5 Years experience in music
- Must have experience in music production
- Exceptional customer service skills
