GTM Talent is recruiting Account Executives for the LA market on behalf of a market-leading, well-funded employee benefits administration provider. This is a hunter role in the employer market, covering a large territory. With an existing client base and strong national relationships with key employee benefits brokers and consultants, you’ll have a great foundation to build on. We’re seeking top-tier Account Executives capable of establishing and owning the LA market in the benefits administration space.

Role: Account Executive (Hunter)
Market: Greater Los Angeles
Compensation: $$260K-$300K OTE
Work Type: Remote
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within the benefits administration space.
- Track record of over-achieving, consistently ranking in the top 10-20% of the company.
- Strong network of employee benefits brokers and consultants, and employers in your market.
- The ability to build relationships and sell effectively to technical buyers, as well as C Level executives.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, and the benefits ecosystem.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for executive communication.
- Experience creating agreements with prospects to build a project plan and representing that outcome via strong forecasting cadence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation Description:
The client’s compensation package includes market competitive salary, and great benefits - health insurance, dental, vision coverage, and a retirement savings plan. If you are located in the Los Angeles market - expected compensation for this role is $260K-$300K. Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
