Visium Resources is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development professional to drive growth in our Managed Services business. This role will focus on expanding our footprint in the commercial and enterprise markets, offering services such as Cloud Hosting, DRaaS, MSP, ServiceNow, and NOC Services.
The ideal candidate will function as both an MSP Sales Specialist for the territory sales team and will take direct responsibility for building relationships and closing deals with customers. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue, and positioning our client as a leader in Managed Services.
We are not interested in working with a 3rd party company. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Citizen.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in Managed Services with a focus on Commercial and Enterprise organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions from our Managed Services portfolio.
Sales Leadership:
- Function as the MSP Sales Specialist, collaborating with the territory sales team to align sales strategies and leverage cross-functional expertise.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to identify ongoing opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate directly with customers to present solutions and value propositions aligned with their IT and business goals.
Market Strategy:
- Drive go-to-market strategies for Managed Services offerings, contributing to marketing initiatives, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and identify new growth areas.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with internal teams including Product, Service Delivery, and Marketing to ensure a seamless and superior client experience.
- Provide feedback to the product team to continuously improve Managed Services offerings.
