The company is relatively new and expanding; the business processes are quickly evolving.
These processes and daily work will include a high degree of "Machine Learning" and other aspects that are sometimes referred to as "Digital Transformation".
Role Description
This is a full-time Office/Business Administrative role at Frontinus Innovations LLC located in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing "office" activities, overseeing and handling day-to-day operations. Assisting in the tasks of "digitizing operations" will be a key activity, with the level of day-to-day interaction with these new systems and new software being limited only by the new employees's capacity to learn, train, adapt and collaborate with coworkers on these projects.
An aspect of this role is to have significant influence on how the new and evolving processes and systems are developed and administered.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Project Accounting practices is valuable
- Recent qualifications in Office Administration or related skills are a plus
- Having a recent role in an "ERP Implementation" is a highly regarded skill
