Job Title: Business Development Associate
Location: West Palm Beach HQ / New York / Remote Optional
Role Overview:
You will work closely with members of our investor relations group and the investment teams to provide a broad degree of support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lead generation strategy and tactics, funnel creation for email campaigns, email campaign management and growth marketing / user acquisition methods. They will also want to own and improve a global CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, customization, and optimization of the company’s CRM system to manage investor relationships and track fundraising efforts.
- Identify and research new fundraising leads and opportunities, integrating these into the CRM for efficient tracking.
- Develop and execute strategies for building relationships with potential investors and partners.
- Leverage marketing expertise to enhance investor engagement and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards within the CRM to track performance metrics related to fundraising and investor engagement.
- Develop and execute CRM-driven strategies for building relationships with potential investors and partners.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in growing user bases, customers or leads as well as managing CRM systems.
