Title: Head of Marketing(E-Commerce)
Location: Pasadena, CA(Hybrid)
Base Salary Pay Range: $150k-$200k, with bonus and stock options
Job Description:
1. Responsible for developing marketing strategies for the local market, driving brand awareness and influence in target markets.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations for product development and market positioning.
4. Manage and coordinate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and PR firms, to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, regularly reporting and proposing improvement measures to optimize marketing ROI
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related fields
2. More than 8 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2C markets, and experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
3. Strong project management and coordination skills, capable of effectively driving cross-functional collaboration.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with teams and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
5. In-depth understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
●Languages: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
●Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience working in large brand companies, ideally with a background in the internet or e-commerce industry.
