Judson Group has been retained by an ever-evolving financial services firm offering solutions to independent advisors based on their preferred level of ownership and responsibility in the search for a Licensed Client Service Associate. The Licensed Client Service Associate will have the unique role of providing high-touch client service by ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about client service, demonstrates exceptional communication and time management skills, and approaches their work with an eagerness to ensure accuracy and expertise in all client deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client service, administrative, financial planning, and/or financial operations professional to add value to a fast-growing firm.
The ideal candidate has previous financial services experience in an operations role, strong client service experience, and familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems. They should also be a strategic thought leader and drive change to ensure the firm is well-run.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Advisors and Operations team with various client service and project management objectives.
- Manage account administration (onboarding/offboarding), cashiering, and documentation for assigned clients.
- Support technology functions and platforms, including troubleshooting and vendor relationships.
- Monitor various operations functions including asset movement, insufficient funds, trade errors, check depositions, etc.
- Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
- Prepare and review monthly invoices.
- Continuously review and look for ways to improve client service and operations functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Series 7.
- 1-4 years of experience in the financial advisory services industry.
- Some exposure to Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center
- Experience successfully completing paperwork for new accounts, handling client requests, and meeting/event coordination.
- Generally financial website engine tech savvy.
- Excellent technology skills: Typing proficiency, Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must.
