Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of tickets, reporting, and auditing. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations by resolving technical issues and supporting the tech team in builds and data gathering. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve daily tickets related to system and build issues, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Support the tech team on builds by gathering data and providing necessary documentation.
- Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project builds and implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive records of ticket issues and resolutions, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Engage with clients and internal partners through phone calls to swiftly resolve technical issues, provide key updates, and gather essential information to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in technical support, benefits administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with benefits administration platforms or similar systems.
- Proficiency in reporting and auditing tools.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Employee Navigator
