We are seeking an independently Licensed Therapist to join our team at our Mental Health primary treatment center! We are seeking someone with the ability to work full time Monday- Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy and crisis intervention to SMI clients
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Recent experience in a mental health primary setting
- An unrestricted license, registered with the AZBBHE
- The ideal candidate would be EMDR trained
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
