Supply Chain- Logistics Coordinator
Full Time, On- Site in Cape Canaveral, FL - $50K plus Benefits
A Supply Chain Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Supply Chain Team with Purchase Orders, Vendor Order Status, and General Order Support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase Order Management and Status
• Request and input order status from vendors into the system
• Communicate information regarding orders that are impacting customer satisfaction
• Create Purchase Orders per communicated requirements
• Vendor Quote Management and Sourcing
• Assist with vendor quote request as needed and accurately input them into the system
Administrative Support
• Scan and file Order Documentation in electrical and physical locations as needed.
• Professionally answer and direct office phone calls.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft 365 Outlook
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and external stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
