Our client is seeking a Senior Mass & Digital Advertising candidate to lead the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies across multiple channels for a Media Strategy and Planning project.
Education:
• Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
• Typically, 8 - 15 years of experience in a related field

1. Experience in integrated Media planning
2. Management of large-scale Media Investments and Agency resources
3. Marketing Science / Analytics background with ability to review, understand, and present plan performance
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Director (Media Strategy and Planning) is at the heart of our Wireless paid media team responsible for designing best in class media strategies and ad experiences across all facets of the program including Mass Media, Performance Media, and Sports Marketing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Integrated media strategy, planning, execution, and measurement across all paid media channels for the Prepaid Wireless media plans
• Work in close partnership with Client media agency of record (Hearts & Science) on all components of the media plan and investment process from briefing to reconciliation
• Consistent and actionable performance analysis, optimizations, improvisation, and reporting to maximum the media plan performance and investments
• Media landscape intelligence and thought leadership Expertise
• Experience in integrated Media planning
• Management of large-scale Media Investments and Agency resources
• Marketing Science / Analytics background with ability to review, understand, and present plan performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make informed, data driven decisions quickly and with confidence
• Strong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive working style
