Currently working with a client here in Houston that is looking for a Fleet Coordinator! This role is a permanent position that has room for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of dispatching experience, including scheduling experience. Job Description
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate fleet availability
- Maintain accurate records
- Schedule activities between internal teams and external vendors
- Dispatch drivers and communicate with clients effectively
Job Requirements
- 2 years of dispatching experience
- Excel experience, ability to build excel sheets and inserting formulas
- Oracle experience (nice to have)
- Bilingual (nice to have)
