We are seeking experience in C++ or Python along with proficiency in Javascript (Angular). Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand user issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions
● Read, debug, and triage user-submitted code (C++/Python + Javascript)
● Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues ● Deliver clear and effective communication to users in English Required Skills:
● Proficiency in C++ or Python
● Experience with Javascript (Angular framework)
