Radiological Imaging Technology, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer of quality assurance software solutions, is seeking a highly driven and talented individual to fill a Technical Sales Representative full-time position in Colorado Springs, CO.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales of the RIT Family of Products Software to a defined territory and effectively manage the sales pipeline
- Processing of sales quotations requests while complying with regulatory requirements
- Actively process requests via website and trade shows for quotes, demonstrations, webinar suggestions and potential prospects
- Presentation of the RIT Family of Products software
- Demonstrate specific software capabilities to potential customers
- Present product to large and small audiences, both in person and via webinars
- Create training videos and PowerPoint presentations for webinars and face-to-face classes
- Investigation of new industry developments
- Maintain sales-related regulatory compliance documentation
- Maintain CRM functions for accurate customer data (using SalesForce)
- Work closely with Marketing to develop strategies, campaigns, and materials
- Obtain customer feedback on product suggestions
- Attend industry trade shows and regional meetings to generate sales leads
- Aid in product research and development
- Cold call prospective customers
- Regular travel is required (domestic and some international)
- This is an “in-house” position and remote work is not possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical). A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Available to train and work in-house permanently at RIT’s office in Colorado Springs, Colorado
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including verbal and written
- Must be a positive, enthusiastic self-motivated, detail orientated and an excellent communicator
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Must have strong presentation and analytical skills
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced technical environment
- Familiar/proficient with the following: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must have aptitude and interest in sales as a career
- Ability to learn and understand highly scientific software for cancer treatment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Willingness to travel
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsorship
Preferred or Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with SalesForce CRM preferred
- Radiation Oncology industry experience preferred
- Sales and marketing experience preferred (Sales training by a nationally recognized sales training firm will be provided.)

Compensation:
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected total compensation for this role, with on-target-earnings (OTE), ranges from $86,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, with uncapped commissions. The tiered base pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
