Job Title: BAS / Controls Field Technician Specialist

The position
- Lead BAS Installation (30%)
Oversee the planning, installation, and coordination of BAS/HVAC control systems at job sites, directing subcontractors and managing logistics.
- Startup, Commissioning, and Closeout (40%)
Test, troubleshoot, and commission BAS systems to ensure optimal performance, collaborating with external stakeholders and project teams.
- Communication and Reporting (20%)
Keep projects on track by providing daily progress and safety reports, while staying in close contact with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Engineering Support (10%)
Help with proposals, site surveys, and audits, ensuring the highest quality in every project from start to finish.
Could this role be for you?
- Hands-on BAS Experience. Extensive knowledge of Distech Controls and Tridium Niagara platforms with 5+ years of experience in data center environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, controls wiring, and ability to interpret construction and shop drawings.
- Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to job sites across the Pacific Northwest and beyond
