About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Manager to lead our managed services project for a Contract Research Organization (CRO). This role will involve overseeing and driving the delivery of data and integration solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in data and integration technologies, combined with excellent leadership and client management skills.
Role: Technical Manager – Managed Services (Data & Integration Technologies)
Location: Iselin NJ (Hybrid 2-3 days from office)

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of managed services for data and integration projects within the CRO domain.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Understand client needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Conduct regular status meetings with the client to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical direction and guidance to the project team, ensuring the application of best practices in data and integration technologies.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data integration solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business objectives.
Ensure the quality and performance of delivered solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage resource allocation, ensuring the team is adequately staffed to meet project demands.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security.
Implement and enforce best practices for data governance, integration, and management within the project.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data and integration domains.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver better value to the client.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong understanding of data management and integration technologies, including ETL tools, data warehousing, and API integration.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Java).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
