Director of Client Services - Bay Area

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ business goals, priorities, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions that address their needs.
- Be accountable for the delivery of services and outcomes, ensuring customer success.
- Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans aligned with company objectives, collaborating with internal teams.
- Drive revenue growth and expansion of existing client accounts by deeply understanding customer needs, developing new relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Mentor and coach account teams to achieve client success.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- 5-10 years of experience in a consulting or client services lead role related to cloud, software development, or technology services, particularly with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record in developing customer-stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in solution management, account planning, and growth.
- Strong professional presence, comfortable managing challenging conversations and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Broad understanding of the business technology landscape and the ability to discuss a range of corporate technology initiatives with potential clients.
- Experience in developing solutions and deals that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the customer.
- Success in growing a portfolio by structuring and selling complex, multi-phase technology projects to enterprise clients with $2B+ in annual revenue.
- Experience leading or supporting revenue generation activities with proven portfolio growth.
