Pay: $65-$68/ per hour - Depending on experience
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire, Direct hire

Pharmacist- Acute Care Pharmacist Job Description
Pharmacist- Acute Care Pharmacist Job Responsibilities:
- Acute Care Pharmacist with interest in informatics
- Pharmacist will exam medication-related problems to decrease possibility of safety complications and readmissions.
- Pharmacist-led medication interventions and medication education
- Acute care experience
- Review, process and monitor physician orders and patient medication profiles.
- Process and/or ensure the processing of all discharge medications for the assigned patient care area.
- Review, interpret and evaluate medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential or actual drug related problems.
- Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate techniques and applicable policies and procedures
Pharmacist- Acute Care Pharmacist Job Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacist license required
- 1+ years of Pharmacist experience
- Must have Pharm D
Rx relief Hiring Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Background and Drug Screening required
- Health Screening required
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
