Our client, a leader in electric vehicle manufacturing, is looking to hire a Vehicle Operations Specialist. This is role is fully onsite, 5x a week in Lake Forest, CA!

As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering on the customer experience at our client's service center locations, working with internal partners to assist with service, vehicle, and delivery operations. Ideal candidates have prior experience in the automotive industry with a customer-centered approach, managing escalations with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standards through washing vehicles exterior and cleaning/preparing vehicles interior
- Shuttling vehicles to/from secondary locations including customer and fleet vehicles
- Facilitate vehicles through the pre-delivery inspection process, cosmetic inspection of vehicle, dynamic test drive and assessment of vehicle, compressed air tool use, as well as torque wrench utilization)
- Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office and internal business platforms
- Conduct quality control processes for delivery ready vehicles and manage the communication of defects to the service department
- Maintain the inventory lot, ensuring that there are always safe and usable drive lanes
- Prepare, inspect, and stage customer trade-ins to be transported to the auction
Desired Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED - must be 21+!
- 1+ years of experience with operations, logistics, or lot management
- Previous automotive, electric vehicle (EV), and/or detailing experience valued
- Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record
