Audiovisual Sales Rep

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and follow-up with company generated leads
- Cold-calling capabilities
- Interact and enforce relationships with existing clients in order to generate new revenue streams
- Build relationships with Architects, Designers and Specifiers in the Luxury market. This includes direct walk-ins to relevant trade firms and directly approaching decision makers
- Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client's needs
- Prepare and submit Project Proposals using established company guidelines
- Close the sale
- Relay project and system proposed requirements, operation and scope to the technical team
- Monitor job progress, work with project coordinators to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements
- Demonstrate operation of the home automation system including a final "walk-through" with clients
Job Requirements
- High level of confidence, a competitive attitude and excellent closing skills
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of luxury brands such as Savant, Lutron, Crestron, and Control4
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with exceptional presentation skills
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Possesses basic computer skills including word processing, excel spreadsheet development and dedicated estimating systems.
- Professional grooming and appearance
- Must be energetic and a self starter
- Must pass drug test and background check
