Our client is seeking a Sr Process Improvement Specialist - AIin Remote opportunity.
Role Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technology-driven processes within our production and operational environments. This role requires a strong understanding of both engineering principles and advanced technology solutions, ensuring that our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, production, and quality assurance, to integrate new technologies into existing processes.
• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, working closely with technology teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct process simulations and testing to validate and refine technology solutions before full-scale implementation.
• Implement automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology-supported processes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation on process enhancements, technology integrations, and project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all process engineering activities.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to innovate and optimize processes.
Skills & Requirements
• 5-7+ years of proven expertise mapping out processes and driving process improvements.
• Must possess strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Must possess strong proficiency with Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Must possess experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI (experience with advanced technologies that drive process improvements).
• Must possesses experience with project management and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must possess excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Must be a detail-oriented individual with stellar time-management and organization skills.
• Background in industrial engineering or similar field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Certifications in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
