Responsible for the day-to-day reporting management, including gathering, summarizing, and analyzing the data to meet business needs. Communicate and report financial results to leadership teams. Identify any data related issues/recommendations to team, so that team can quickly address. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions
- Update and publish weekly, period, and quarter business summaries for assigned regions
- Refresh existing reports for evolving business needs to ensure adherence to financial commitments
- Establish new ways of using data to cause evolution of the business
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare trends to facilitate discussion and analysis
- Support the modeling of costs for facility projects, acquisition of new Assets, and new services
- Evaluate the value of legacy process, services, and facility items
- Support financial analysis needs of Operations, Procurement, Marketing, Business Development, Regulatory/Compliance, Clinical, as well as the Legal department
- Validate cost savings initiatives in pilot and early roll out
- Perform selected/required key analysis
- Use data from corporate/divisional systems
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, healthcare, operations or comparable discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail and ability to draw conclusions
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
- Ability to analyze complex data and present effective reports
- Ability to achieve and sustain positive working relationships
Desired Previous Experience/Education:
- Any healthcare industry experience with a financial focus
- Any experience in financial, data, or statistical analysis and reporting
- Any experience with database query programs such as SAP/Business Objects
- Experience with Medical Billing
