Job Responsibilities..- This position must be able to successfully relate, teach, and further develop skills with the people served, engage positively with members of the household families, and respect and implement the NuPath Mission.
- Assist the Program Manager with coordinating Relief coverage, maintain a pool of qualified Relief staff, orient/train Relief staff & oversee staff scheduling in absence of Program Manager.
- Assist Program Manager in hiring, training, and supervising staff, work study & other student interns.
- Teach daily living skills, administer medications & train individuals in self-med procedure; communicate & document individual needs for medical, dental, and psych. appointments or issues.
- Coordinate residential activities and assist Program Manager with all aspects of Program Management and Operations.
Mandatory Qualifications- Potential candidates must have a valid MA or NH Driver's License.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain all required certifications.
- Candidates should also have completed their Bachelor's Degree is Psychology or a related field; 2 years of experience in the field will be considered in lieu of degree.
- CPR, First Aid, Prevent and MAP certification required.
