Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building and managing candidate pipelines, recruiting technical talent, and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday. This role will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various technical positions, with a particular emphasis on Workday-related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Identify, attract, and engage top technical talent using proactive sourcing strategies and multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Pipeline Management: Organize and maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress in the hiring process. Regularly monitor and optimize the pipeline to meet business needs, reviewing past candidates for effective organization.
- ATS Utilization: Use Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process effectively.
- Workday Resource Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various Workday-related positions, including consultants, developers, analysts, and administrators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining open communication, providing timely feedback, and serving as a primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Workday ATS.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting for IT roles.
- Some experience in recruiting Workday resources (consultants, developers, analysts, etc.).
- Proven ability to build and maintain organized, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technical roles.
