Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors and clients.
- Manage customer service calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the general customer service email and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare paperwork, documentations, reports, and mailings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Disburse all keys, fobs, gate clickers/transponders, etc. to customers.
- Enter all incoming forms/correspondence into Tops Software to ensure client records are up to date.
- Notarize documents for management as needed.
- Miscellaneous data entry responsibilities.
- Manage files, record systems, office supplies, track inventory, and maintain a clean work area.
- Process rental and resale applications.
- Provide backup and assistance to the management team with other tasks as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Must be an active notary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Tops Software experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be courteous and friendly with excellent phone skills.
- Must be structured, organized, reliable, dependable and a multi-tasker.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced office/work environment with high call and email volume.
