Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Onsite Manager / HR Associate for a full-time role supporting our associate and customer partnerships.
The Onsite Manager / HR Associate is the face of the Manpower service team to our associates and customers and is the ultimate owner of service delivery for their assigned site(s). The Onsite Manager works with multiples levels within a client organization to manage and coordinate service delivery, staffing levels, and engagement success.
As the Onsite Manager / HR Associate some of the responsibilities you will have are:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute site strategy to drive associate satisfaction, customer satisfaction, account growth, and continuous improvement.
- Engage our current talent in our unique programs designed to provide them support, mentoring, guidance, and development options so they are primed for success. Manage employee programs and HR processes that utilize best practices while collaborating with management teams to ensure compliance, adherence, and overall understanding.
- Partner with leads, supervisors, and managers to address associate performance, attendance issues/trends, and safety & policy violations.
- Guide and facilitate FMLA, ADA, and Accommodation requests.
- Front line management of work-related injuries, illnesses, and safety matters.
- Support policy administration, investigate policy violations, and conduct investigative interviews with associates.
- Engage with associates to gain job satisfaction feedback and provide recognition opportunities for outstanding performance.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline per company policies.
- Conduct new hire orientation and performance reviews.
- Handle associate offboarding and exit interviews.
- Track attendance, manage time off / leave requests, and process paid leave.
- Attend meetings in-person and via Zoom/Teams to discuss the program, strategies, compliance, feedback, and overall status of HR related items
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in Staffing or Human Resources in a supervisory or management role
- Track record of building great relationship with strong communication both verbally and in writing
- Experienced in employee engagement, coaching, training, mentoring, counseling, performance reviews and progressive discipline
- Experienced in conducting HR, Safety, and Policy reviews /investigations
- Working knowledge and experience handling FMLA request, ADA Accommodations, Personal Leave of Absences, and general time off requests.
- Tracking performance, attendance, general worker requests, position leveling up, position transfers, and employee schedule changes.
- Self-disciplined, detail orientation, highly organized and skilled in time management are key success building blocks
- Must be able to work onsite at client site, within Manpower Las Vegas office, and remotely from home as needed
