Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Data team. This team is responsible for maintaining data across various on-premises and cloud-based applications, utilizing technologies such as Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in data analysis, cloud solutions, and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain data for on-premises and cloud applications.
- Utilize SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the technical design and implementation of cloud solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and manage risks.
- Adhere to standard processes and governance routines.
- Support vendor management and challenge partners/stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Azure, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Delta Lake.
- Experience in cloud transformation projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships.
- Background in agile environments (SAFe preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in technical product selection and implementation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
- Experience in resource management and mentoring.
