Job Duties & Responsibilities of this include:
- In-office, M-F
- Assist producers and account executives in service-related tasks and objectives
- Consult and advise clients on their personal insurance needs
- Collect and input data for new business & policy renewals in agency management system and insurance carrier portals
- Identify and evaluate risks & coverages
- Review quotes and policies for accuracy
- Prepare marketing proposals and presentation materials
- Prepare evidence of insurance forms
- Send policies, endorsements, invoices, and other correspondence to clients
- Receive and return calls and emails to clients and insurance carriers
- Properly maintain, scan, and organize electronic files in our agency management system
- Report any service issues or problems to supervisor
- Complete all other work, as assigned
Qualifications include:
- 2-3 years of Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Experience with Applied/Epic preferred
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- High school diploma
