Focus on achieving strategic business objectives through effective management of scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing, and accounts receivable for facilities management projects, ensuring financial performance meets company goals.
- Client Interaction: Regularly engage with clients to establish and achieve facilities management objectives, developing action plans as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Supervise project management staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee hiring and staff allocation to ensure effective team operations.
- Project Management: Direct all phases of facilities management construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout, with a focus on managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities in facilities management and maintain relationships with existing clients, integrating our services to meet strategic objectives.
- Governance Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and procedures within facilities management operations.
- Contract Management: Oversee procurement, negotiation, and administration of contracts related to facilities services, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks specific to facilities management and develop mitigation plans.
- Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate reports for clients and stakeholders regarding project status and performance.
- Networking: Engage with industry organizations and associations to build relationships and enhance business opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage planning and operations for facilities management projects, including staff recruitment, performance monitoring, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in facilities management or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications: LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferred.
Skills:
Ability to manage complex facilities management projects, lead diverse teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering exceptional client service.
