Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Law Intake Specialist at Bluestone Law in Los Angeles, CA. The Employment Law Intake Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients and leads, conducting client interviews, providing excellent customer service, assisting with training programs, and supporting the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Strong writing and note-taking skills
- Spanish Speaking Preferred
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to assist with training programs
- Understanding of recruiting processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
