Payrate: $19 to $23 an hour depending on experience
Ultimate Staffing has a partner with an organization looking for a Service Coordinator. They are a well-established organization, that continues to grow year over year. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating service-related activities within the organization. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling invoicing, scheduling technicians, and performing a variety of administrative duties to ensure efficient service operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians based on availability and customer requirements.
- Maintain the service calendar, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and answer customer billing inquiries.
- Maintain service records, job logs, and customer databases to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with other general office duties as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a service-related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of invoicing and billing practices, a bonus.
