Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our client's team. This role will involve transitioning from a traditional Executive Assistant position to one that includes comprehensive office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be local, with experience in a similar industry and office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update electronic client files and CRM systems.
- Coordinate and schedule quarterly conferences and meetings.
- Manage client communications, including phone calls and inquiries.
- Support document preparation, including formatting reports and commentaries.
- Oversee onboarding of new clients and manage client accounts.
- Handle office supplies and ensure efficient office organization.
- Document office procedures and assist with meeting agendas and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technologically savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Must be able to work on-site
Additional Details:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (must be the first person in)
