Project Coordinator opportunity for a commercial construction company out in North Charleston area.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software
- Assist the construction management team in planning and coordinating construction activities, including site preparation, inspection, and other related tasks.
- Review and interpret scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including customer communication and inspections
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Experience:
- 7+ years experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
