POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Recruiter to join the Trustwell Living team. As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for high-impact leadership roles within our retirement communities. You will work closely with regional and community leadership teams to understand their needs and implement recruitment strategies that bring in experienced and compassionate leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the recruiting function at a relatively new and growing company. You will have the chance to design and implement recruitment strategies from the ground up, establishing best practices, building relationships with hiring managers, and creating a sustainable talent pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership Recruitment: Drive the recruitment process for leadership roles such as Executive Directors, Health Services Directors, and other key positions. Ensure alignment with community needs and corporate goals.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels including job boards, networking, social media, and direct sourcing to identify and engage top talent. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Lead the candidate evaluation process, including screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a high level of candidate experience throughout.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and timelines for each search.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Facilitate the offer process, working with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive and attractive offers. Complete wage analyses in local markets. Oversee the transition from recruitment to onboarding for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and ensure our recruitment efforts reflect the mission and values of Trustwell Living.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years direct recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare, senior living, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of recruiting for high-level positions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and a passion for helping create thriving retirement communities through the power of great leadership.
