Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Account Executive to join our Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Manage existing key accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet them.
- Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Work closely with the internal sales team and technical support team to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in the IT Industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
- Strong business acumen and technical expertise.
- Experience working with Pharma IT clients is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
