Associate Center Director
Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Monthly Incentive Compensation potential: $300 per month for every month that the center meets or exceeds the budget.

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000. This position is also eligible for a Monthly Incentive Compensation of $300 per month for every month that the center meets or exceeds the budget.

Responsibilities
- Support the Center Director in meeting sales performance targets and operational excellence standards.
- Conduct conferences with parents and students to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
- Conduct sales conferences with prospective customers to review C2 Education’s programs, services, and enroll students.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, managing daily business data, and confirming schedules with students and teachers.
- Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
- Provide marketing support by participating in school and community events as a C2 Education representative.
- Grade student tests and monitoring all students’ academic progress.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through strategic lead conversion.
Schedule
- Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday – Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.).
- Sales Experience.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Consent to criminal/education verification.
