We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Property Manager with a proven track record in multifamily and affordable housing management. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of a residential property, ensuring efficient management of resources, superior tenant satisfaction, and compliance with housing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, including low-income housing
- Oversee tenant relations, leasing, and renewals to ensure occupancy goals are met
- Develop and manage property budgets, including rent collections and cost control
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure high standards of living conditions
- Foster a positive living environment for residents by responding to their needs promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, including affordable housing
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and rent collection
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
