WHO ARE YOU?
You are a collaborator, one that will work and communicate with internal design teams for process, project deliverables and quality. You are responsible and will complete the project due diligence in a timely manner. You are polished and able to present to client’s millwork and equipment reviews as well as associated construction drawings. You will follow DBSI’s established best practices and 6D process.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3-5 years of construction documentation experience
- The ability to coordinate with the internal construction department and with the Engineering Team
- The skills to meet quality assurance and project deliverables
- The ability to work with local municipalities regarding permitting process
- The experience to present and hold collaborative discussions with the client regarding Millwork, equipment, and associated construction drawings.
- Responsibility over project due diligence and ensuring that the project and design meets established budgets and timelines.
- Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, PowerPoint, and basic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- Documenting custom millwork design, coordinating client equipment, and documenting finishes and Kit of Parts
- Coordinating with vendors regarding furniture, finishes and lighting selections
- Diligently recording client meetings to produce meeting minutes
- Working with local municipalities regarding permitting processes
- Working on project due diligence from the inception of the project through permitting
- Coordinating with the internal construction department and engineering team for quality assurance and project deliverables needed to ensure client delight
- Ensuring project and design meet established budgets and timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
