Role Description
Grand Reopening
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Black Hammock in Oviedo, FL. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing food and beverage operations, implementing training programs, new menus and driving sales.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Training and Sales skills
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
