Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Centercourt Club & Sports located in Florham Park, NJ. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support the financial operations of the organization. They will also oversee financial audits, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Financial reporting and analysis experience
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Experience in managing cash flow and financial audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
