JBAndrews is currently partnered with a leading provider of automation and custom equipment solutions based in Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of advanced automation projects, ensuring the seamless integration of engineering, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of multiple high-value automation projects. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be involved in coordinating efforts across engineering, production, and procurement departments while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to meet project milestones.
- Maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings, updates, and performance reviews to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong background in project management within the automation or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale automation or robotics projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with industry leaders for automation solutions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
