Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in software services, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing global teams
- Deep understanding of cloud-based SaaS models, delivery methodologies, and technical considerations
- Proven track record in leading project managers through complex customer implementations
- Extensive experience integrating SaaS solutions with third-party systems, including API frameworks and data synchronization
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective customer training programs
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation and integration with customer identity providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse, geographically dispersed team of implementation professionals
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with high-level business objectives and drive customer success
- Oversee complex SaaS implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Design and implement effective customer training programs
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud computing and SaaS delivery
