Information Governance Coordinator

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of information management (including electronic data)
- Experience in a law firm or Information Governance Professional certificate.
- Experience with records management software, document management and data management solutions such as Filetrail, IRM, Intapp (Walls, Activity Tracker, Legal Holds), iManage, Prosperoware (Milan, Zone Bulk Email Import, CAM, Desktop Export/Import) and RBRO (Import/Export Management)
- Microsoft Office products
- SQL databases
- SharePoint
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational aspects of data movement and access control.
- Assist lawyers and staff worldwide with information mobility (file transfers), document access requests, information barriers, legal holds, preservation orders, non-disclosure agreements, clawbacks, protective orders, data collection projects, and the retention and disposition of client records in compliance with our policies.
- Act as a liaison between lawyers and IT regarding electronic records organization, access, retention, and disposition issues.
- Create and maintain compliance procedures, documentation, educational materials, and a portfolio of internal controls about information governance requirements.
- Track key performance indicators to measure compliance with information governance requirements and prepare related reports regularly.
This opportunity is a direct hire position. You can work in any of our Atlanta, Cleveland, Dallas, and Pittsburgh offices.
You can telecommute two days a week. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k. The firm contributes 7.5% of your salary each year, plus a potential additional contribution the firm makes at the end of the year based on results.
