Join Our Mission: Home Caregiver Program Manager (Part-Time)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of caregivers and the community? A well-established nonprofit in central/southwest Houston, is seeking a dynamic Home Caregiver Program Manager to lead and grow our impactful training program. This part-time role (28 hours/week, Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm) offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of empowering caregivers while helping to alleviate the effects of poverty in our community.
As the Home Caregiver Program Manager, you will:
- Inspire and Educate: Lead our Home Caregiver Training Program using a proven curriculum, while understanding and addressing the real-world needs of those in caregiving roles.
- Build Strong Connections: Forge positive relationships with caregivers, community organizations, and potential employers to create lasting partnerships and drive program success.
- Shape the Future: Plan, organize, and manage program logistics to ensure top-quality services, while keeping accurate records and measuring program effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate leader with at least one year of experience in nonprofit program management and training/education roles.
- An engaging communicator who can connect with diverse audiences and build strong partnerships.
- A detail-oriented organizer who excels at program coordination, database management, and evaluation.
- Professional medical previous training experience is a plus (CNA, home caregiver for family/friend, nursing home experience, home health experience).
